Jolene Graham – Branch Manager

Helen Payne – Operations Manager

Jolene and Helen’s diverse skills combined together are a recipe for success. They started RecruiTech in 2010 as a team of two and are very proud of the team they have developed and manage. Jolene has been in the recruitment industry for over 15 years specialising in IT and Freight. Originally from Johannesburg, she has been in Durban since 2003 and lives for the work life balance that Durban is renowned for. Jolene’s management style is very hands-on and she is involved in every aspect of her teams’ recruitment process.

Helen comes from a strong Operations and Financial background and she is the Mom of the Branch! Efficient, detail orientated and methodical, she is the key support of our branch. Her laugh is infectious and you can always count on her to keep things bubbly and fun! As a team, Jolene and Helen believe that positive thoughts breed successful results. Attitude is everything and there is always a solution! Our office culture, although a pressurised environment, is open, innovative and light hearted with lots of laughter!

Caitlin Hanekom

Senior Consultant – Freight

Caitlin is an experienced recruitment specialist with 10 years corporate sales and administrative experience. Caitlin is passionate about workplace processes and structure. She is focused, balanced and organised and her clients are always satisfied with her candidate matching skills, excellent service delivery and positivity. She is a very resourceful researcher too. Her big heart, dedication and unwavering commitment brings a unique attribute to the workplace. She is a family orientated person with strong values and when she is not at work she loves gardening and nature.

Micaela Naidoo

IT Recruiter

Micaela has over 5 years’ work experience in sales, customer service, administration, and technical support. Her combined skill set, and amazing people skills makes her great at building connections, and allows her to build good relationships with clients and candidates. Micaela’s outgoing personality has a magnetic effect on every person she meets. She loves a challenge and is adventurous. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities, going to the gym and spending time with her friends and family.

Jade is our general admin specialist! She has an impeccable attention to detail which is a great quality for the forefront of our business! She is a speedy gonzales and a superb support to all our Consultants! Jade is humble and strives for perfection. She is dedicated to her job and gains great satisfaction from knowing she is one step ahead. Jade is an animal lover and loves spending time with her dog. She enjoys reading, hiking and walks on the beach – a bonus with living and working in KZN!
