Senior Support Engineer


R25 000 – R30 000 COST TO COMPANY


Our client provides a variety of end-to-end cloud, teleco and software solutions to their customers. Our client is currently looking for a Tech-Savvy Support Engineer, who has a passion for solving technical issues. If you tick all the boxes and are Microsoft certified, contact us.


You will need:

  • Min 5+ years’ experience in the IT environment
  • Diploma + Must have a Microsoft qualification (MCSE server certified or MCITP) Latest will be beneficial
  • Must have experience deploying Microsoft Office 365 and Cloud
  • Must have a valid SA driver’s license and own car
  • Must know port numbers on firewalls and how to deploy
  • Routers, VPN and DNS (Must know how to set up rules and run them)



  • Must have a thorough understanding of working with Microsoft products
  • Working with incidents, problem management & change management
  • Assist with projects at client sites
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in resolution of workstation hardware and software issues
  • Ability to setup connectivity solutions
  • Must have a good understanding of Active Directory setup and administration
  • Must have experience in formatting and re-installing all desktop operating systems
  • Must be able to troubleshoot printing, office and Antivirus issues
  • Must be able to setup enterprise Antivirus solutions and troubleshooting problems
  • Required to interact with clients in terms of supplying recommended to improve their network
