Key Accounts Manager


R30 000 – R35 000 (Cost to Company)

Our client, a well-established International value courier company who offer secure personal courier services to clients, both Domestic and International, is looking for a diverse and dynamic experienced individual to join their team in Isando as their Key Account Manager. Courier experience in a similar role is essential.



  • Monthly meetings held with TOP corporate clients on portfolio
  • Discuss monthly trading statistics, discuss expenditure (up and down trade) discuss cost saving methods etc.
  • Reports for clients – showing efficiencies, minutes send to all attended and resolve any queries
  • Assist accounts with outstanding debtor’s days and queries
  • Create and maintain partnership between sales staff, company and Client
  • Continuously improve levels of communication
  • Increase client’s satisfaction by improving overall services offered
  • Attend to all Client complaints efficiently and appropriate and ensure best recovery action is taken in most cost-effective way
  • Work closely with Internal Sales on all TOP clients to ensure excellence service to client and all queries are resolved timeously.



  • Strong administrative and computer skills.
  • Analytical and mathematical skills to assist in quotations.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Ability to understand business process and be able to interpret business needs.
  • Be willing to work overtime when required.
  • Be able to work under pressure and in stressful environments.
  • Fully computer literate in Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and Power point.



  • Matric
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in Courier Sales
  • Proven sales track record
